We pour ST. ALi Organic Feels Good — certified organic, roasted in Melbourne — as the house blend, with a single origin for black coffees. Alongside it, an elixir bar unlike anything else on the coast: ceremonial cacao, matcha, Soma Sacred Shroom, sun milk. Breakfast and lunch from a chef-led, seed-oil-free kitchen, seven days from 7am.

From 5.30pm. Fresh Seafood. The Coal Grill. Proper Wine List. Signature Cocktails

Whole baked flathead, oysters with yuzu, scallops in miso butter, coal-grilled scotch fillet, the lamb shoulder for the table. Plenty of appetisers and starters designed to be shared. Signature cocktails and forty-plus bottles from the Yarra to the Barossa to Italy and Spain. Chef-led. Local produce. Seed-oil-free.

Dinner that Turns Into a Party. Local DJs from 8. Free Entry

Every Friday the room changes gear. Oysters and bubbles from 4, dinner from 5.30 and from 8pm local DJs take the room till late. Book a table for dinner, or just walk in later for the bar and music.

Soma Sacred Shroom with five mushrooms and cacao. Ceremonial cacao, 25g dose, served with raw honey. Monks chai, sun milk, matcha two ways. Add a spagyric tincture of blue lotus, frankincense or chaga to anything for 3. Signature drinks with cold foams. refreshing iced tea. Something for every taste.
