The menu at Icaro starts with the produce. What's in season, what's local, what's genuinely good right now — that's what ends up on the plate.
Our kitchen runs entirely seed-oil-free. No shortcuts. Everything is made fresh in-house using real fats, whole ingredients, and suppliers we actually know.
We don't serve pork, although we do serve a range of local, organic, grass fed sustainable meats. We cater to a wide range of dietary needs — gluten friendly, dairy free, vegan, and more — and we're always happy to talk through the menu if you have specific requirements.

Seasonal brunch dishes built around local produce, everything made fresh in-house, from a kitchen that runs entirely seed-oil-free.
On coffee, we use ST Ali's Organic 'Feels Good' beans with full cream milk as standard — a certified organic specialty roast that we'd back against anything else on the Great Ocean Road. And if coffee isn't your thing, the elixir bar has you covered.

The Elixir Bar
Alongside specialty coffee, we run a full elixir bar — functional adaptogen drinks, ceremonial preparations, and spagyric tinctures developed in collaboration with our registered herbalist. It's the only offering of its kind on the Great Ocean Road.
From lion's mane and ceremonial cacao to reishi and blue lotus spagyric tinctures — these drinks are built around ingredients that actually do something
Dinner at Icaro
Icaro becomes a seasonal restaurant and wine bar in the evenings. A short, considered menu — produce-led, seed-oil-free, and designed to change with what's good.
Bookings are strongly recommended. Walk-ins welcome if space allows.
